I am passionate about helping coaches, creatives and holistic practitioners create financial safety and build a deep sense of self trust through a blend of practical strategy, nervous system regulation and emotional healing, so you can have the freedom to positively impact the world and make a kick-ass career from your life purpose.
I was born in Amman, Jordan, and spent most of my adult life in Australia, France and the US. My well-rounded perspective on money has been informed by my experience living in different cultures, and my professional experience in personal finances, money archetypes, somatic healing, trauma release.
I currently live in Albuquerque, New Mexico with my partner Tommy, and our furbaby Arby.
And for those who are curious (I know I'd be!) I am a Leo Virgo Cuspie, 1/4 Mani Gen and I love cooking, reading, hiking and breakdancing!

I address this global sense of unhappiness and how it relates to consumerism, and the importance of acknowledging and processing our negative emotions such as anger and sadness, which are quite appropriate these days!
I also introduce tools for emotional processing, such as somatic experiencing and the change triangle, and I go into the significance of community, creativity, nature, and slowness in building resilience.
