UnF*ck Your Money
Most financial advice tells you WHAT to do.
UnF*ck Your Money explores how to do it when life, stress, fear, and overwhelm get in the way.
If information alone changed behavior, we’d all have perfect finances.
But we don’t.
Because we’re human.
We have nervous systems.
We have histories.
We have fears.
We have grief.
We have habits.
We have protective parts.
And those things show up in our bank accounts every day.
This podcast is for humans who know what to do but don’t do it. It’s about understanding what comes in their way.
Welcome to UnF*ck Your Money the podcast where overwhelmed high-achievers, overgivers, and anxious humans learn how to create a calmer, more empowered relationship with money, themselves, and life.
Hosted by Behavioral Finance Coach & Somatic Practitioner Nadine Zumot, this podcast explores the intersection of money, behavior, nervous systems, self-trust, emotional wellbeing, and the very human reasons we struggle to follow through on what we already know would help.
So if you've ever thought:
"I know what I should be doing with money, so why can't I seem to do it?"
you're in the right place.
Through honest conversations, practical tools, nervous-system-informed education, and deeply human storytelling, Nadine helps listeners understand the emotional and behavioral patterns driving financial anxiety, emotional spending, avoidance, burnout, overgiving, and self-sabotage, so they can build financial stability without shame, overwhelm, or hustle.
Because financial wellness isn’t just about numbers.
It’s about safety.
Capacity.
Self-trust.
And creating a life that actually feels spacious enough to enjoy.
Welcome. Enjoy the show. ♥️
