UnF*ck Your Money
Welcome to UnF*ck Your Money, I’m so happy you’re here!
I’m Nadine, a trauma-informed Certified Money Coach® and somatic practitioner who helps folks break free from trauma-driven money patterns to transform their lives from a place of safety, self-trust, and power.
Unlike traditional money coaches who throw budgets and spreadsheets at you, I approach money at the root: your nervous system, your trauma patterns, and the deep stories you carry about worth and survival. I combine somatic experiencing, inner child work, and practical financial systems to create real, lasting change that feels good in your body (not just on paper).
I’m trained in somatic and trauma-informed modalities, and I’ve walked this path myself, breaking free from financial chaos, healing money wounds rooted in complex trauma, and creating a life of agency and abundance.
My clients don’t just learn how to “manage” money. They learn how to feel safe with it, build wealth on their terms, and reconnect with freedom, joy, and self-expression. Together, we’ve helped overspenders find peace with saving, underearners raise their prices without shame, and avoiders finally feel empowered to face their numbers with confidence.
The difference?
My work doesn’t stop at the spreadsheet. I help you rewire your nervous system, dissolve old money wounds, and build financial systems that actually honor your healing, your energy, and your desires. Because money magic is more than numbers, it’s nervous system safety, soul-level healing, and practical strategy rolled into one.
Enjoy the show!

Paying Off $40K of Debt AND Saving $26K w/ Katie Pijanowski
In this episode, we welcome back my friend and beloved client Katie Pijanowski!
Katie goes into detail about her journey of overcoming debt and changing her mindset around money.
Katie shares how she accumulated $68,000 of consumer debt and the challenges she faced in her relationship with money. With coaching and healing her relationship with money, Katie was able to stick with strategies such as the snowball method and zero-interest balance transfers to pay off her debt.
Katie also shares about her experience with a common pitfall that I see with everyone who is on a debt payoff journey and how she navigated her way around it.
Katie also shares about her seemingly counterintuitive decision to hire a money coach while paying off debt, and how money healing had many benefits to accelerate her journey and start earning (and keeping) more money.
Towards the end, Katie and I debunk the stigma around debt and credit cards, and talk about healing debt shame.
