In this episode, I dive into six money misconceptions that kept me, and my clients, stuck and financially disempowered, and provie insights on how to break free from them.
Here are some of the six misconceptions I debunk in this episode:
1- The notion that our negative money mindset can be overcome through the perfect app, more education, and simply setting an hour every month to plan our finances.
This is something I keep seeing in ads on the internet. These ads are so condesending it drives me crazy, I tell you why in the episode and tell you what we need instead.
2- The idea that emotional spending can be resolved through identifying emotional triggers. This is such BS and I tell you why in this episode.
3- The common belief that debt is bad. It's not, debt is actually a financial power tool!
4- The American Dream that encourages us to work our asses off and get rewarded for our hardwork in retirement.
